I'm not sure you understood my post. I'm aware of the point cap, but if WotLK heroics are going to give justice points as a reward then you could simply go back and farm them at 85, buying items as you go to stay under the cap.

As I said, it's possible that WotLK heroics will stop giving points when the expansion launches, but I haven't read any plans for that happening.

Given that he said farming level 80 instances at 85, this isn't true, there won't be a cap on Justice points once cata hits, only Valor points.

However I would guess that WotlK instances will give a fraction of the points that Cata ones do, if anything at all.

the conversion ratio is terrible and the price of those items is very high....there will be no at 85 that will be able to buy pieces the minute they turn 85

It depends. Before I started converting my Frosts in Primordials and Triumphs in gems a few months back I had hundreds of both. I think I was over 1k Triumphs and that was after I had a break till long after ICC release.
A decent raider doing dailies as well can earn over 70 Frosts and even more Triumphs per week. Do that a couple of months and you'll have 1k+ of both. With a conversion of 2.75 x (frost + triumph) you're looking at reaching the 4k cap without any trouble before even the release of Cata.

If the prices of the Justice items are similar to the Valor ones (1250 and 1650) you're looking at 3 pieces for a lot of raiders the second they hit 85.

Fail. Legendary Fail if this game launches mid December, getting buried in a lot of other releases, family/friend time during this time. What is going on at that developer already? Things are way out of control, or just have been sloppy all around. Can't wait to watch blizz's subs go down even further from when all the people that bounced after they realized the game wouldn't launch in Aug, and that ICC was going to be "THEE" raid still, nearly a YEAR later. Mine's up, and they're still not getting my money. Stacking this too long of a release with the current crap Art design, we may actually finally be witnessing Blizzard fall the furthest into mediocrity we've ever seen them. Maybe WoW just wore out it's welcome. It had a good run.

On Topic: I hope archeology is in the pre-cata patch so I have something to level and it will be cool to do while exploring all the changes.

I doubt it. Archaeology is a Cata selling point and will only be available for people with Cata, so not in the patch.

The portal changes i dont mind. All the portals you need are in the major city's. On a side note the best thing about this expansion is that when cata will hit live servers. we wont see people running around in raid tier gear that they have bought with badges. Thank god it's only avalible to people who actually raid.
