Getting all PVP Titles

Im a bit confused with the new bg titles.
Do u get them immediately when u get the required rating or do u have to wait till end of the season?
Also will that mean that u can get all of the titles?
Would be pretty dumb if u could just get all of the titles, 13 or so in total.

You get them when you reach the rating, besides the bg "glad" version which is rewarded at the end of the season.
