Yes, most likely. I'm still trying to get a confirmation on that but really, It's not like it's going to happen on october 19th a few days before Blizzcon. The super mega awesome info compilation for the patch should be available soon, except if I hear that the patch has been delayed.

WoWTal.com is (finally) updated with a couple of much-needed features and should be ready for Patch 4.0.1 and Cataclysm. It's theorycrafting time!
- Cataclysm/4.0.1 Glyphs are finally supported.
- Masteries/Primary spells are supported.
- Interface has been cleaned up.
- The header and the ad slot are gone. (We didn't even have ads anyway)

Prime Glyphs Death Coil
Increases the damage or healing done by Death Coil by 15%. Death Strike
Increases your Death Strike's damage by 2% for every 5 runic power you currently have (up to a maximum of 40%). The runic power is not consumed by this effect. Death and Decay
Increases the duration of your Death and Decay spell by 50%. Frost Strike
Reduces the cost of your Frost Strike by 8 Runic Power. Heart Strike
Increases the damage of your Heart Strike ability by 30%. Howling Blast
