Saurfang vs Valiance Keep

I did some research, and I didn't think it was possible but I seperated Garrosh from Saurfang and I kited him to Valiance Keep just to see if it could be done without him resetting.

He just Auto Attacks, nothing special, about 1200-2000 damage.

Then I killed him eventually, guards lost interest in him as much as the developers did and stopped helping me out, 800k-900k health.

I flew over to Warsong Hold, and Saurfang, the Chuck Norris of WoW is all alone

He destroyed everyone at the INN, I guess he wasn't tired...

He killed about 5 Alliance players trying to escape his Whirlwind lol



He cleaned out our keep too

If anyone has any fun Kiting or Solo'ing stories please let me know, I never thought my Paladin would be the one doing it over my BM hunter.

On my old server Kel'thuzad back in vanilla, a horde hunter kited old kazakk (blasted lands kazakk) all the way to Stormwind.

Kazakk ended up decimating the entire city and killed everyone inside it. No one could kill him so eventually a GM had to log in and despawn.

That AOE shadow bolt hurts...

Anyways, I don't have any pictures but it was the coolest kite story I ever heard of.

Kazakk ended up decimating the entire city and killed everyone inside it. No one could kill him so eventually a GM had to log in and despawn.

Don't forget the buff Kazzak gets if people die/take damage.

Kiting the demon in Duskwood to SW was also fun if u could get him there without him loosing too much HP so he could actually kill a few lowbies and short after owning everyone cause of the dmg buff he gets after killing ppl.

Ugh, he does a Mortal Strike that deletes half your health bar, an Intimidation that damage won't reduce the duration of, a Cleave but you need to be close to him for it in which I was kiting him most of the time... a Charge that doesn't stun but hurts if you get far enough away, a nice present for your healer (I did it solo). A whirldwind (not bladestorm) that apparently hit a Mage friend for 8k out of his 9k health, that lasts for a good while he's an unstoppable spinning Top during that, can't run from it... lol poor Mage.

But yeah no Auto Attack, just that Cleave if you get close enough, so if you wanna solo him, don't stand still, and bring a bottle cuz he's got 2+ million health.

Yeah I got a couple Youtube videos of my Hunter solo kiting him to Durotar during the Brewfest of 09, easy stuff I could do it again anytime. I'm thinking about taking that huge guy in Zul'Drak "Thrym" somewhere, since my Hunter can even Solo him, hits my Plate here for 400-1200 damage. Thrym however, will hit you more often when he hits 50% health, he gains a Hit Rating or something, in case you wanna try him out.

i doubt Blizzard will ever fix Kiting, because it would cause so many glitches. When they program an NPC to be chained to a certain location, some type of problem always occurs like they Evade randomly and reset when not kiting. There will always be a way

my friends and I kited Fel Reaver into Honor Hold without any armor on, a few months back. We were celebrating my one friend's birthday. It was me, a DK, and 2 druids, one resto, one boomkin. It tore the whole town apart. It must have killed like 13 lvl 60 alliance. At one point it looked like it was attacking the inn itself. We tried kiting it to Thrallmar, but the guards were actually competent and killed it.
