Strange popup that won't go away.

I got a 'new' computer last april and each time I open WoW Launcher or Starcraft 2 Laucher (lots of other stuff aswell) i get this popup:

Can't put link, so had to seperate. Text is in Swedish.
I click 'Yes', but it still pops up the next time i open the program.

Recently iv'e gotten really tired of it and i want to remove it, but i don't know how to.
Is there any kind soul out there willing to help me out?
