PC build what FPS should i get ?

Hi all! ive been wondering this for a while because i thought my PC should be able to play wow on high / ultra and yet i still seem to get FPS issues in dalaran etc.. heres my system spec.

    OPERATING SYSTEM:
    Windows 2.6.1.7600 ( windows 7)

    CPU TYPE:
    Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU Q8300 @ 2.50GHz

    CPU SPEED (GHZ):
    2.52

    SYSTEM MEMORY (GB):
    3
    VIDEO CARD MODEL:

    NVIDIA GTX 460

    DESKTOP RESOLUTION:
    1920x1080

    HARD DISK SIZE (GB):
    298.09

    HARD DISK FREE SPACE (GB):
    61.5

basically since the patch ive noticed they added a recommended tab on each setting, most of the recommended for me have been on the "good" setting i was thinking with my computer id be more likely to play on the high setting even ultra on all. any ideas?

i dont actually have access to my computer at the moment as im in work but i will be able to complete suggested ideas later and get back to you to let you know how its going!

also all drivers are up to date

WoW never really recommands Ultra, however perhaps a driver update will help? You shouldn't have much issues by the looks of it.
