    Very low damage in PvP?

    To anyone that tried to PvP as Retribution; did you notice some very low damage output to players? My 3HP TV just hit a target for 1742. Yes, I know they buffed resilience, and this player probably had full Wrathful gear. But isn't 1742 a little overkill?

    My HoWs are hitting for quite a bit though (between 6k and 10k on players with PvP gear on), so I assume (if anything is bugged) it's only TV.
