Wrathful without Rating?

I was doing premades with some Guildies the other night, when, Someone kinda just said "Hey guys, you don't need rating for Wrathful anymore!". We all logged on alts with no rating and purchased various items (helm, shield, weapon etc.). Is this interned? I mean, The seasons over so i supoose it make sense that it's all free to get with honor.

As Zenlyth mentioned, being able to purchase Wrathful gear without the listed rating requirement is not a bug. Currently the tooltips are incorrectly still listing the rating requirement, but only Honor points are required for purchase.

The only items you cant buy are the shoulders and lvl277 weapon apparently.

got myself a lovely t1 axe yesterday so even tho alot of people QQ about it lets just remember its T1 weps and some armor it aint exactly the most wicked gear, and it still requires some effort to actually get the honor.
