Rapid Killing

I see some top hunters with 1/2 Rapid Killing which I don't understand since it only works from mobs that give honor or experience. Enlighten me please.

Even at max lvl mobs still count as "reward experience" even if you aren't gaining any lvls. So even at lvl 80 Rapid Killing still procs off any mobs that's high enough lvl that it would reward you experience at your lvl. So anything in a Wrath 5 man or Raid still counts.
