I think you burst them open for a quest. When you open them, a fire elemental spawns. Seen some people doing it in Orgrimmar.

anyone know if OG/SW Cloaks are available with the chain? On PTR they were, but not on live :/.
*is a bit miffled because his orcs rp gear was waiting on the cloak and the quartermaster one is too short.*
