6 charges.. murder and 5 gun related charges
Sounds like the guys in the car with Hernandez ratted him out.
And it sounds like all this shit is over some dope.
Stunning. It blows my mind every time I see something like this happen.
Just because I don't care does'nt mean I don't understand
I know the voices in my head are not real BUT they have some REALLY good ideas
When keeping it real goes wrong....

Any source on this? I just found out and I'd like to get up to speed.
Stunning fall from grace is all I can say. I'd love to know what the fuck happened that lead to this situation.
Whatever his involvement was, and how guilty he is in all of this, and no matter how fucked the Patriots are now on reciever end, I'm glad they immediately released him. Last thing we need is this kind of scumbag on the team.
https://twitter.com/ProFootballTalk/...63417492258816 tipped that thought.
With that precise of a case put together already, it would be pretty insane not to believe it. Normally it takes months to figure out exact times and such in a case.
Sounds like it was all because of dope honestly. Going to the store to buy gum and rolls. I think I also heard they found chewed gum at or near the scene.

lawl.
Well, I guess this helps with the lull of anything NFL going on between OTA's and training camp. Back to watching the Mariners lose.
Quite possibly the dumbest crime in the history of the planet. Most people commit crimes FOR money and because they don't want to make a living working 9-5 every day. This guy has millions of dollars, and commits a crime to look cool in front of his "gang" friends. Then to add to the stupidity, every move he made after the murder only adds to his own incrimination. Seriously just throw your phone in the river and say you lost it... To me it's way, way worse than OJ's murder. When you deal with exes and their new partners a lot of people tend to act looney.
Been reading up now. This sounds completely open and shut case, with Hernandez guilty as hell. I'm sure we'll hear more about it all when this goes to court, but I don't think I'll be paying much attention to it. I hate people trying to get a slimy slick lawyer and get thier ass out of jail through technicalities, and this sounds like just such a case where they'll try it.
Pretty much hoping they'll throw the book at him at this point and he gets what's coming to him. He took a man's life based on presumable some petty arguments. Nothing as disgusting as someone thinking they are big enough to get away with stupid shit like this.
More Hernandez dirt...

Because I'm always late to the party, my money is the sack award goes to Aldon Smith. I would say Miller if he was a 3-4 LB, but he's an all-down player who drops back into coverage more than the other guys. If there was a Best Linebacker award, though...
Ware's also 31 next month, so he might be on the wrong side of his career. Or he might not be! It's really hard to project, and sack totals tend to be volatile anyway.
Watt's amazing, but I'm not sure that his kind of sack total is particularly repeatable for a non-edge rusher. Smith and Miller seem like the safest bets to me.
He entered jail a Tight End, and will leave a Wide Reciever
