when i logged in today after a 3 month break i noticed this..and it RLY annoys me..have to reload ui every 2 min or so ...

detailed screenie..(its the thingie in the middle)

it goes yellow when im dead too..

Have you tried updating addons? Also turn them all off and see if its till there if not its an addon messing up
Imo the best way to handle it is to troubleshoot the addons turning one off at a time till its gone.

Try to see if you can identify the addon responsible by the name of the frame.
Type /framestack to bring up a small window in a corner which will display information about whatever frame the mouse is currently over.
Point the mouse at that frame, and note what it stated in the window.
Post that information here if need be.
Repeat /framestack to turn it off again.

useful, i get OMFGMASSIVECOOLDOWNBARSANDSHITWASTHATOOZE? in the middle of the screen atm related to an addon, will help me find it
