Grid+Clique here, i'm so used to it that i keep it visible even on my non healer characters. The fact you have to download single sub-addons to get more features is nice too, you won't drown in unneeded options.

Crawling queen of iron, eternally self-destructing doll of mud.
Unite, repulse. Fill with soil and know your own powerlessness."
Easiest: Healbot (used it since level 30 on my first character for seven months exclusively).
Cleanest (lowest resource): new Blizzard raid UI > Grid+Clique
Versatility: Vuhdo (by miles and miles)
Cleansing: Grid+GridStatusRaidDebuff+mouseover macros > Grid+Clique > Decursive > Vuhdo > Healbot
Nothing is stopping you from using any or all of the above situation depending. I use,
PvE: Vuhdo. If I'm on heavy cleansing duty (very rare), I put up Grid+GridStatusRaidDebuff+mouseover.
PvP: Grid+GridStatusRaidDebuff+mouseover (debuffs galore in pvp).
The reason why people use Grid a lot (other than its low resource usage and general purpose frames) is because it has the fastest response time of all raid frames, certainly of all healing addons by a noticeable margin. In addition, it tends to show all debuffs which are sometimes missed by other addons. So, its something that's worth getting used to especially for cleansing.

May i ask what's the advantage of a mouseover macro on Grid instead of Clique? I'm not a healer on my main so i might miss something, but in the few occasions i had to heal/dispel i had no problem at all with just Clique. Thanks.
