Non Non Biyori is just a bit of a nostalgia trip for me atm with the old toys they are showing, those Styrofoam planes in the last ep and the slinky, the "caterpillar" and the wee rubber inside out ball thing that pops up all brought a grin to my face.

Seriously. I had completely forgot about those planes. I used to go to an arcade all the time when I was a little kid and get those as prizes. Those things were awesome lol.

I think thats the charm points of the series (additional to the whole "back in the sticks" atmosphere). It actually makes me want to be young again, and live a bit outside the big city, not in a concrete forest.

Monogatari - That conversation was god tier at the end. Batshit insane adorable Nadeko and hair-down Kaiki was an absolutely perfect pairing. Holy shit.

This should really be two cour, the story would develop so much better. It has such potential.


Magi - I was kinda disappointed going from Aladdin last week to Alibaba now but boy was this episode amazing. I really wish he still Djinn equipped though during the fight. Looks like Alibaba's arc will be multi episode in a row from the preview.

Well, her campaign as about as stupid as it gets - but it was chosen correctly for the target group. :P
