Depends on what kind of comedy you like really? One that everyone is watching lately is D-Frag!

hmm, i suppose i like the usual highschool setting the most, if it's got actually interesting characters.

my favorite comedy moments in anime are actually almost all from anime that are rather considered drama/romance/mystery or something along those lines, just with parts of comedy in the beginning or in between. examples would be Kanon, Clannad, Toradora!, Spice and Wolf, Baccano!, Welcome to the NHK, Bakemonogatari, etc.

the only dedicated comedy anime i really liked were Samurai Champloo, Lucky☆Star, K-ON! and Working!!. there were probably a few others, but that are the ones i remember atm.

Well a lot of comedy ones are all based at school mostly in club format and never really attending class. Seitokai Yakuindomo if you like sex jokes thrown in a lot. Also seems to be the most recommend for comedy anime. Ouran Koukou Host Club. Hetalia: Axis Powers is another good one as well.
