Bleach is not canceled. It's put on hiatus for the sole reason that it is caught up with the manga (and been like that for ages).
Just bcs the manga is on it's final arc, they want to get more chapters out first. (so no shitty fillers anymore in the anime)

I just know Chihaya won't have a second season, which makes me incredibly sad about it ending.
