XP from each dungeon at correct lvl?

Simple question really. How much does each run give, excluding the first run with all the quests?
Afaik BRC gives about 500k per run. Sounds a bit much unrested tho..
How much does Vash'jir, stonecore, VP, HoO, LC and GB give? And how long time do they take with a well-trimmed group?
Unrested numbers, ofc.

EDIT: I just did a BRC run, unrested, got 325k from mobs and another 50 for being random!
