Yeah, I saw that too. Definitely beats the overused white line thing that every other speed increase has.

Also, it's bugged on PTR (Or at least, it was yesterday). If you cast PW:S on another player, YOU get the speed buff, instead of them. Chain speed boosting was fun

Well the tooltip still says it increases the TARGET's speed, yet it doesn't, increasing your own speed instead.

And I like being able to make other people go faster. 'Specially when they're slow with moving out of the fire.
