Getting randomly D/Ced in dungeons, help?

When I join a dungeon group there is a 90% chance that after a couple minutes I'll get disconnected, and when I try to log back in the loading bar stays fully loaded for almost 5 minutes and by the time I can get in I'm already kicked from the group. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue?

Not as frequent as you report but it has happened on my alt today.

I have this same issue but with battlegrounds. It angers me that I wait 15 minutes for a bg for me to accept the que then get dced then log back on to be back where I was with deserter.
