That Full-tower! and a laptop!! Damn, that's old. (All prices and specifications are subject to change XD)

My father had a PC with a 20MB HDD in his office once.
I also saw some of the old folders he still had a few weeks ago. If hardware would be relatively as costly as back then, you would pay millions for Fuzzykins $1000 build :P

I didn't have the budget for it, and this is plenty performance for me for now. I was actually going to see the price change after bulldozer launches, if there is any.

Trust me, I'd love a 2500k. It fits right in with my system. Which is why I got a p-67 mobo in the first place, I'm anticipating the upgrade

When I get the 2500k I'll also be adding a much larger aftermarket cooler.

Also looking in to modding that case to add a top exhaust fan.

I agree, and keep believing this. If you're happy with it, and you don't know what you're missing, you aren't missing anything.
No need to pay a lot of money for something you don't feel you need. An i3-2100 is by no means a bad CPU.

Well.. it was my first build, so I was pretty much shitting myself all the way through it. Scared that everything I touched would somehow burn out or fall apart, despite wearing the grounding wristband :P seemed to go well though :3
Needless to say there were mistakes(quite a few) but at least I know what happened rather than fucking something up and being clueless.
For the sake of the site, I wont directlink the images, but for anyone who's interested, here's how it roughly went:

Pre-Case build and ensuring all the parts fit together.
    http://zhost.tk/u/19/precase.jpg
    http://zhost.tk/u/sn/precase2.jpg
DoA Test: It passed ^_^(aka if it doesn't work from this point on, I fucked up.)
    http://zhost.tk/u/d5/itworks.jpg
    Final Outcome:
    http://zhost.tk/u/lt/final.jpg
It's more tidy now, sorted the cable routing out a lot(except that one pesky cable that runs over my GFX Card/Mobo. Was just too short to go up the back of the case and through the hole

And now for the fun parts: The fuck up's.(I'll see if you guys can figure out what's wrong :3)
    http://zhost.tk/u/01/derp.jpg
    http://zhost.tk/u/94/derp2.png

Aside from these 2 events, I managed to:
*Drop a motherboard screw UNDER the motherboard(it was the last fucking one as well, had to undo the whole thing just to get it out /rage)
*Not realise the cooler came with thermal paste already applied and stand it on my work ID badge... That was annoying >_>
*Then managed to get that same thermal paste in my eye, not realising it was pre-applied and had an itch.

What would I do different next time?: Actually try to have some clue what i'm doing and not be guided by a youtube video :P, But seriously, maybe a different PSU.
Got a MOLEX and 2 SATA cables sat doing nothing, would rather have a modular PSU where I can just plug in the cables needed :<
I think that was about it...

Anyway, was tremendous fun, now time to reinstall everything, hit my monthly download limit and have no connection for the rest of the month.

Imma say you put the retention plate on for your cooler before putting the cooler on for the first one.
For the second, you seated your PSU wrong.. I think.

    Close enough.
First one: Put the plate on facing the wrong way like an idiot, had to get the pins back out of the MoBo and flip it(Was certain I broke something here.. surprised I havn't).
Second one: Yeah, the backplate had it so the fan was facing up, so I was like 'hmm this must be right then.. but why is there an air filter underneath?' Then I realised I could take the back plate off, so I had to flip it >_>

Ha. I've gotten fully computers assembled before I've noticed the heatsink is facing the wrong way. It's depressing. :<

    Asus P8P67 Rev 3.0 Motherboard
    Intel i5-2500K CPU
    Corsair XMS3 DDR3 RAM (8GB, 2x4GB)
    1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPM
640GB Western Digital Caviar Blue 7200 RPM
Corsair TX Version 1 650 Watt PSU

I cannot wait to see how WoW looks and feels!

After you get everything situated, let us know how high you can get your 2500k clocked stable. Love to hear how well the zalman performs in that case with the excellent airflow.
