What the? No they are not. Source: any review.

With the grand exception of the EVGA EE series, which Carebear (and I) have. They use a radial fan (not even reference 460 uses one) and many of them came with a crappy application of thermal paste resulting in high temps and loads of noise. You can lower it some by re-seating but in the end it's still a radial-fan design and it's not designed with high OC's in mind either.

Is it a Pentium D/4 or an Intel Core series? The former should be banished

Sorry if I come off as a dickens or something. They decided to end the company I've worked with the past 3 years so I'm getting fired meaning I'm all like rawr rawr bark bark! No PC parts for me for a while.

Couldn't you have mounted the radiator on the back, with fan on top, or is that not possible? :3 *curious*
    Looks good tho.

Not to be a downer but since you haven't OC'd yet, are you really sure it's a K-model inside it? Maybe it's not a typo. :/

Set-up at my new apartment. Awaiting a new H80 before I can power it on again though. (Picture was taken through the plexi so it is a bit shoddy.)

    lemme guess, pump rattle RMA?

...anyways, I posted it in my build log thread but I figured I'd post it here too. I finished setting up my computer's water cooling loop today

Woa, how did you guess? Are you psychic?

Seriously though, yes - it had a rattling pump. Was supposed to ship it last Friday from work but the guy who handles our deliveries thought it would fit better in his truck. Took me a good amount of phone calls to track it down (especially since all it said on the actual package was "Privat"). It's on its way now though. Hopefully.

Considered adding some cathodes? Or turning on the lights? Or using camera flash (but that'll just reflect off the plexi)?
    I can't see anything :S

I actually liked the non flashy dark imprint quite a lot. Looks more elegant in a way. I'd be tempted to keep it like that .

I don't even want to suggest watercooling, because that just looks sexy as it is.
