I still reckon I have one of the biggest dic--I mean desks around here. I'll admit it's not as stylish as Yohassakura's one, what with all those little steps/tiers <3

Is it just me or are the colors on your TV super-vibrant? I mean the blues are really standing out, at first I thought you had been playing with your Digital Vibrance setting but then I saw you had an AMD card which doesn't feature that (I think).

Also do you have speakers? I can't spot any in that photo. Or do you stick to your Fatality?

I remember my #1 gripe with those slide-out desk things that come with most "PC" desks - the fact there's almost no room for the mouse left if you're using a large keyboard. For example, my mousepad measures something like 35cmx25cm wouldn't have the vaguest chance of fitting there :P

Overall great build and tidy setup
I remember back when CD racks were all the rage and the goal was to have towers of CD's arranged in beautiful shelves (mostly music albums :P).

Not the sleeve color I'll be using, but I think it demonstrates quite nicely what the overall look will be for sleeves once they're on.

This might be closer to what you'll see in the end. I'm not entirely quite sure what color combo to go yet...

I think they may be a little bright and then my iPhones camera just makes it look more vibrant, while trying to auto calibrate for the lighting and what not.

I generally use the TV speakers if I want to use speakers at all (using hdmi cable), but I generally stick with the headset, as I'm sure my neighbours wouldn't appreciate blasting metal a whole lot :P (The tv is on the shared wall).

There's some room, (I don't tend to exaggerate my hand movements) but it is a little tight. The K90 has the G buttons on the left side so if they weren't there, it'd be fine

P.s. I'm glad that you guys like it

Nope, not that much into audio yet :P

The sound is good & solid in my opinion, right amount of bass, very comfortable.

Marest told me to try & do a panorama picture, I failed but here it is :P

But I want to see the same way Adam Jensen does!

It was on sale at CustomData for 50% off, so I thought why not.

    Looks neat!

I'm surprised you actually made cable management on a server "room" o.o

You can come do mine anyday, no matter how hard I try, it always ends up in a mess. Same way with my room.

i have them, they do work, the problem is getting around to wearing them, most of the time i don't put them on until im 10 pages into a 50 page document

the coloring doesn't matter because you still see white as white, even when it's tinted yellow

What's great about opinions, is that everyone are allowed to havethem.
Mine differs. I call placebo. They work. A little. But not more than reducing brightness levels (why ever have higher than 10-20%?). But they still make things yellow.

Just moved. Since last post I have several new items.

    1) Asus 278HE 144hz monitor in the center
    2) AKG 701 headset
    3) Fiio E17 DAC/AMP(the little thing right in front of the mic)
    4) Blue Yeti mic

Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchases!

Yeah I personally shove monitors down to the lowest brightness, because otherwise, especially on white pages, they get obnoxiously bright, especially LED backlit monitors. (I am saddened to see LED backlit displays are shooting off.) Then I think I'll have contrast around 50 or something. It looks good, doesn't kill my eyes, but my LED backlit (the Acer S211HL) still murders my eyes, so I do my internet browsing almost 100% on the Gateway LCD 1680x1050 display. :P

Technically they are headphones, but NICE assortment here! AKG is definitely amongst the best in audio!

your ability to see colors even when wearing tinted glasses is not an opinion though, it's fact, and an old one at that, the next time you wear colored glasses, look at a white piece of paper and ask yourself why it is white

and there is a slight magnification with gunnars as well, so don't drive with them

the LED backlit display in my old netbook that I just sold murdered my eyes too. Most of the LED backlit TVs I see are painful on the eyes as well. Starting to not be a fan of LED backlights because almost no one does them well anymore.

CCFL backlight in my U2711? Nice and cozy.
