I'm sorry but the amount of overkill here is just absurd. And then the underkill on some parts, is also just annoying...
i7-4820K and X79/99(?) motherboard is going to give you a lot of extra stuff for large sums of money that you will never use. Are you going to render massive pictures or videos? Anything other than mostly gaming?
Now... just a 120GB SSD... that is from a couple years ago? Not one of the best ones from nowadays? Crucial m550/500? Samsung 840 Evo? And why only a 120GB? Most people have been going with 240GB at LEAST nowadays.

Not a huge fan of Razor though, but that's purely a personal opinion, maybe they actually last longer now.
