great case but next time i think ill pick a case with a fan filter on the side panel. i used some window screen i got from the hardware store to help cut down on the dust, but im still having to clean out the case pretty often. the window screen just isnt fine enough.

    Core i5 760 @ 4.2 ghz cooled with a Noctua nh-d14
    Gigabyte p55a-ud3p
    Gskill 8gb DDR3 ram @ 1600 4gbx2
    Gigabyte ATI 5870 1gb @ 900mhz
120gb Agility 2 SSD x2 one for OS and programs the other for games
    500gb WD black

    Creative 2.1 speakers
Alienware 23" optx monitor 120hz.... for the buttery smooth frame rates not 3d
    cheapo wireless Microsoft comfort keyboard
    Raaer Naga mouse
And you put all of that on a Thermaltake TR2 made by compucase (according to the UL number). I feel sorry for your equipment because other than that power supply the setup is really good.

    Anyways, my specs:

CPU - Intel Xeon W3520, OC 3.9 GHz
MB - Asus Rampage III Formula
RAM - 6 GB Kingston HyperX 1860 MHz (1800 modules)
HDD - Samsung Spinpoint F3 500 GB (don't need SSD or much storage)
Graphics - HIS Radeon HD 4890 (waiting for either 69xx or 7000 series)
    PSU - Seasonic X650
CPU cooling - Corsair H50 (modified with dual Gentletyphoon AP15's)
    Case - Coolermaster HAF 922

Lots of people using HAF cases. Anyone else use a 900? :s

Here's my work computer! It's pretty much built like a gaming system oddly enough:

    Antec 900 Case
Intel Core i5 750 @ 3.4ghz on stock intel cooler w/ Arctic Silver 5 paste (It's REALLY cold in this plant most of the year. Thing only hits 60c under load.)
    Asus P7P55D-LE
    4GB G.Skill DDR3-1333
    ATi Radeon HD 4870 1GB
    500GB Western Digital Caviar Blue
    250GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.10
    550W Antec Earthwatts PSU
    Some crappy LG DVD-RW

    21.5" Samsung 2243 LCD
Razer Deathadder (surprisingly the precision controls work wonders for messing with vector art)
    Some $10 Logitech keyboard
Post it notes everywhere (This is pretty much a feature at this point, picture will prove)

    Pic:

And yes I do plan on getting an aftermarket cooler for the i5 at some point.
red panda red panda red panda!

ill admit i dont know much about which ODM manufacturers and where their products go, but i cant imagine what kind of problems my psu would have. i checked plenty of reviews and they mostly had good things to say.

Here's a thread on OCN with a general overview of Thermaltake PSU's, it contains some details as to why that particular line as well as some others are to be avoided.

ah thanks for that... i just checked my system load and with 100% gpu and cpu load the psu is pulling about 540w from the wall which means the psu is only having to pump out 430ish. so i should be in the clear as far as the problems mentioned are concerned, but ya ill see about replacing the psu.

I actually didn't know it would make a difference. I'm gonna have to test it later.
Might just be because it runs more stable. I don't really know myself why since I'm more of a software type of guy.

Can't post my speccs for some reason though. Says it includes either videos, images or links which I need more posts to be allowed to post -_-'

Thumbnails and imageshack auto generates Thumbnail code after you upload to it.

    Indeed, I love my case.
Its small but has a 180mm intake fan and the gpu side is lined with a giant vent so it gets adequate cooling as well.

Once my waterblock+SSD arrive (DAMN SNOW) and I get them installed, I'll refit my H70 to my other machine and take shots of both.
