Cata Priest Profession

I'm planning to make a gnome shadow priest once I return home from my thanksgiving vacation on wensday. What professions are good for both World PvP and PvE? I'm thinking maybe Engineer/Tailor, some the engineer stuff looks cool and the cata tailor net would be awesome to stop any horde from escaping plus gives them a little damage, also make my own gear and finally make my own bags.

EDIT: Ah crap didn't see that. Damn my phones tiny screen.
