What classes should I roll for DPS and Healer?

I am planning on picking a Tanking, Healer, and DPS class for Cataclysm.

I have chosen a Paladin as my Tanking class and I am also liking healing on it too. I want to have a max of 3 characters at max level, so I want to choose which 3 would be the most fun.

Healer: I am between a Druid or Shaman healer. I was leveling up a Priest, but I don't like it as much now, but it could be a possibility.

DPS: Warlock, Hunter, or Mage? I am more towards a Warlock.

As DPS I would say hunter, a great class to solo with as you have your own tank. Hunters also do nice DPS in dungeons, and they're even more fun with the focus change.
