28 Years Later: The Bone Temple: 5/10 It was fine. I don't understand why this needs to be a trilogy.

Anaconda: 5/10 Dumb, but got a couple good laughs out of me, so I can't hate it too much. A lot of the banter was annoying.

Borderline: 7/10 Not bad. Nicholson showed flashes of his pop. Baptista was delightfully unhinged. Weaving needed more to do.

Dangerous Animals: 6/10 Eh, movie was OK. Could've used more shark action. A bland Hassie Harrison somehow manages to look both 20 and 40. Jai Courtney was... pretty good? The fuck?! Color me shocked!

Heart of the Hunter: 1/10 Weak story. Weaker performances. Dumb.

Thrash: 6/10 The storm effects and shark action were pretty well done. That... that's pretty much it. Kinda fun. Mostly dumb. Worse than Crawl, but better than Bait 3D.

yeah pretty much. At least the first film had character arc and was kinda fun this was just "leo points at screen simulator". Hell I would almost say it was worse than the minecraft movie.

it gets a 4/10 from me though only because it might invigorate some interest in star fox but beyond that meh.

Beast (2017) - 6.5/10 - I mean, Jessie Buckley is great in this, but the way the story advances in the last bit of the movie feels a bit uninspired.

Being kind here because of my childhood. My kids didnt like it that much either. The first one was just way cooler and the kids loved that one.

    Red One 5/10

    Sufficient action. Insufficient sentimentality.

If you're looking for a suitable holiday fusion between Die Hard and A Christmas Story this definitely isn't it.

The Dreadful - 5.5/10 - Turner and Harrington are both solid in this, but the whole premise doesn't really have much impact or tension as a viewer. And a few scenes near the end are just lame.

It also suffers from Wheel of Time-itis, where people who live in pretty dirty environments have amazingly clean clothes.

The Housemaid - 6/10: Struggles pretty bad out of the gate, gets better, then gets really stupid, and then quite entertaining. Overall it was fun, though probably a bit longer than it really needed to be.

    The Mummy 4/10

Great make up and effects. But the first half of the film is betrayed by a crummy 3rd act.

I appreciate the balls. But the movie is just weirdly confusing nonsense and the reveal is lame, cliched BS.
