Envenom over Eviscrate?

Envenom is better against plate but it's probably easier to get 5 CP then evisc on casters, so it depends on spec and what you're fighting.

Hmm, my question is: As sub (bg or arena depending on team) wouls it be worth to have a dagger with D-poison on ? If the plate wearers are the vast-majority?
