Free faction change when server change?

Hi all,
Just a quick question i would like to move a toon over to a new server and also over to alliance but worried about the cost im sure ive heard that when you server change you also get to choose faction , can anyone confirm/deny this it would be much appreciated.

Nope, none of the paid services come with a server transfer (other than name change, but only if your name is already taken on the server you're transferring to).

thats why you make a toon with that name on target server

When you server transfer, its just that. You transfer from one server to the next. You will need to pay for the faction/Character change to alter your character in any way.

Got a pally/druid/priest I want to server/faction change.

I think Blizzard would be wise to make this combination for like 25 bucks.
