Server Time Zone or Player Time Zone

Simply put, what determines what time you can sign on, the server time zone or the player time zone.

For example: If i am in the Central time zone, i can play at 2 am, but my server is Eastern Time zone, they can play at 3 am, what time can i sign on 2 or 3? Thank you for your help.

12:01am PST. All NA servers are coming up at the same (physical) time, so no one has a head-start.

For example, that's 1:01am server for me, or 4:01am local time for me.

Edit: You're thinking too hard about it. You're in CST, but your server is EST. You'll be able to log in at 2am your local time, which will be 3am server time.

sweet thank you, i wasn't sure exactly how it was working, i figured it would be 12:01 pst all over, i just didn't want a nasty surprise when i tried to sign on at 2:01 am, lol, thanx again.
