    It seems to be a bug that dosn't effect most people, but does effect enough of us to be an issue. I've not seen it in the hot fix's, but they could have addressed it on the sly. Sneaky buggers.

    i made mine 2 days ago and did not recieve it but mats were consumed and i skilled up 5 points. i didnt have any of the other alchemist stones known to the game anywhere in my inventory and had over 50 bag slots available. i opened a ticket straight away and sometime yesterday it got escalated but still yet to recieve a response

    Looks like the issue has been fixed as per the latest hot-fix notes.

    "Lifebound Alchemist Stones should now always be properly created when the necessary materials are consumed and skill-ups are awarded."
