Archaeology Epics Question

I'm level 300 and I'm wondering how you can get the epic staff http://www.wowhead.com/spell=91227. Should I just keep farming Dwarf places (since apparently that's where it drops) or do I go to Outlands now that I'm 300?

I think i started discovering the 359 epics since i hit max archaeology. I did found the raptor at around ~250 ish tho
