Valor Points?

I was wondering, and how do we get Valor Points? Will it be like in WOTLK? Doing Heroics(Randoms) And for each we get like few Valor's and after every boss we get a few?
Or is it, 70 Valor Points. Then we need to raid(e.g. ICC,ToC, VoA)

Would someon be nice enough to clearafy what will be going on?

Daily heroic random, and raids. I'm sure someone can give you more precise details and exact numbers, or you can search for it.
