Will the traits on the Underlight Angler carry over to BfA? They did mention something on the latest Q&A I think, but I don't remember what it was.

no they wont, they only effect legion fishing pools, however the water walking, invis, and the fish form still will, but undercurrent does not work, and nor does any of the barrles.
