healing/priest healing

I havent even got cata yet. Im not even subscribed right now. But thats changing soon. I was just wondering what the state of healing is. Ive read about people bitching about healing being too hard or underpowered...but ive just attributed that to them not knowing how to play a priest.

How is healing in general? Is it more like BC when you actually had to watch what you cast, and didnt just spam your best heal like in wrath?

Priest healing is fine. People are crying to much. I play disc and have no problems in heroics IF people do their jobs. Dps needs to learn its not just about dpsing anymore, you realy need to move and avoid dmg and get used to not being 100% full hp.

Yes. If you spam Flash heal, like in Wrath, i would expect you to go OOM 10-15 seconds in. You need to be able to judge when there will be massive AoE damage, and if it's worth overriding Chakra:heal with Chakra:PoM/PoH for the Holy Word: Sanctuary. It's fun.
