Lightweave vs Darkglow

For a disc priest, which of these is the better choice?

I'm currently rolling with Lightweave, 580 int on a proc is pretty nice, but the 800 mana proc from Darkglow could be better.

Anyone know which of the two is better?

Darkglow, the way i see it now, being able to use MORE heals is more efficent then using POWERFUL heals.

While this may be true, wouldn't Lightweave instantly give more overall mp5 if Rapture procs inside the Lightweave proc(580 int).

Also, if it was timed right you'd be able to proc it twice inside one lightweave proc.

Lightweave is not an intel proc... would be vastly OP if it was.

Its spell power, its a thoughtput proc not a regen.
