Darkmoon Faire. Completing it increases your skill in X profression by X (1 or 5?).

They don't require a certain profession level, they can be done at any.
If OP means the "normal" dailies, I didn't find any new recently, but if he just means the Cataclysm ones ("new" compared to WotLK dailies), they require JC of 500.
