I take back what I previously said about Ascendant Council being hard. Once you gain a bit more gear, 25 man is kind of a joke.

Having done Cho´gall & Al'akir i realy dont think Cho´gall is the harder of the fights. At least not on 25man. The difference in difficulty between Al'akir 10 & 25man is staggering though.

Halfus depends entirely on what setup you get.
He couldnt be more faceroll if you dont get storm or slate dragon.
But if you get both the fight is much harder.

What I would have done differently: probably just have hit Conclave of Winds sooner, it's definitely too easy to have left until we had already gotten 4/12.

So far, for our guild just updating on what I've posted earlier.

We downed Magmaw and Omnitron instead of Halfus first because of a bad drake setup during the week, we had Slate and Storm together, we also downed Conclave and Twin Dragons. This week, we downed Atramedes, Halfus and Maloriak.

Ascendant Council seems a little overtuned for melee dps atm, so we're trying to figure out what we can do since we have 2 melee in our group constantly dying in P3. Chimaeron is a tightly tuned fight for our healers as well, but we're hoping to down him this week since our healers have made some progression with their gear. Wish us luck!

We have downed Magmaw, Omni and Halfus so far this week. We are aiming for Conclave of Wind and Valiona the next day, followed by Maloriak and Atramedes, after that we're still un-certain, but time will tell.

Cho'gall is alot harder on 10man imo. If you arent running the perfect setup the slimes can be an incredibly frustrating process, which in turn will lead to lower raid dps = more adds.

Pretty easy on 25man. But like you said, Al'akir is the other way around tough on 25 easier on 10

No real reason for killing whichever first, just happened to work for the time being.

We are a 10 man guild and have currently 11/12 without Nefarian, so I can't say anything about this encounter. You are asking for the most logical... In my opinion it highly depends on where your raid has it's strengths. Our DPS and Tanks are fairly good, but the healers stand out, so this may influence my path.

We started 10m last night, started with Magmaw and had several attemps and got only to 80% due to failure on adds. Went to Omnitron and had it around 60% 3 or 4 times and Arcanatron reset the raid each time.
