Raid Schedule:
Sunday Through Wednesday: 7:00pm CST Invites; 7:30pm CST Start.

Current Roster Needs:
We are looking to fill some holes in our 2nd 10man group, and our 25man group. This group will not be considered a "B" team. It will be as good, or better than our current 10-team, and be in close competition with our current 10-team for server first kills.

High Need: (High need positions are CORE raid positions. Typically these positions will have a guaranteed raid spot)

Even if your class/spec is not listed above, we are always open to exceptional players who believe they could be an asset to our roster.

Our Goals:
The raids led are to be fun, effective and efficient. We expect members to help make this happen. Some of the players in Hell have been together since the Pre-BC days, so this guild is very tightly-knit. We encourage getting to know one another on not only a playing level, but a personal level. In other words be yourself and have fun.

Since a lot of the members in the guild know each other, there is quite a bit of jokes thrown around. Some of these jokes people would deem “crude.” We are a mature raiding guild that likes to enjoy our time raiding together. If you cannot handle these types of jokes, then Hell is not the guild for you.

Applications:
Hell has strict application and New raider or trial guidelines. While on your NR process with us, do not expect the trial invite to go through without a challenge. We will put you in situations where you will have to show the quality of player you are. If you do not get a majority of the vote, then you are always welcome to learn from your mistakes and try again. If you do happen to join the ranks of Hell, then it is expected that you do all of the following listed below. Your application gives us your first impression, so it is your choice on how to fill it out. The more complete, detailed, and intelligent your application looks, the better our first impressions are. Be very detailed and specific on applications.

Expectations:
- Be able to have a good time raiding, but need to know when it’s time to get serious (i.e. clear vent and listen to directions).
- Be on time for raids.
- Come prepared with all consumables (flasks, food, elixirs etc.) Once you are a official raider these will be provided for you.
- Need to be competent, skilled, intelligent, committed, willing to listen, able to have fun, take a joke, and joke around.
- Recruit friends of players that meet our standards.


Attendance and Loot Listing:
We expect at least 80% raid attendance from our trials and members. We do realize real-life situations come up and if brought up before hand, we can work around these situations. In regards to Loot List, we use a system that was created by Reawaken. It is a homegrown system very different from traditional DKP systems that hopefully makes people plan their characters a little bit and does not force new member to stay behind old members forever when it comes to getting loot. It places a lot of weight on attendance and what priority people consider loot for themselves. The system allows limited saving up to 3 months allowing priority position rise on first 5 items on the list based on time. This system does not handle Legendaries or resistance items.
