Yea, I personally try to balance it out as much as possible, without dropping below the 12.5% mark for renew with haste.

Right now I sit at around 20% mastery and 16-20% haste in raids depending on the group.

The only buff relevant is Wrath of Air/Mind Quickening/Moonkin Aura.

So really, as long as your raid has a caster hybrid, you can be pretty sure to have one of these.

Just wanted to add a word about Leap of Faith and Body and Soul. I find these spells very useful when someone is kiting. E.g., my guild has killed Maloriac in 25 ppl this evening, and we had a prot pally kitting the adds. I shielded him on CD, so he had a speed boost every 15 secs. And we pulled the kiter together with our Shadowpriest, helping him to keep the distance.

Well I started doing heroics the other day and I didn't find it to bad when people did their job. If people move out of the fire and CC'ed I didn't really have a problem. If people are lazy and I have to heal them though their stuff ups then yes healing is harder. If tank is undergeared and try to warth tank then yes healing is harder even spamming greater heal wont keep them up sometimes.
