BG queueing

Whenever im on a low level alt ill attempt to queue for 2 BGs at a time, but it always pops up with the same error message, I can only be queued for one BG at a time when im clearly only queued with one at that point. I havent tried it on my 85 because I can just random BG then, is this problem happening to anyone else.

Same problem at 85, I can confirm.

Queue for an AV.. and try to queue for WSG, and I'll get the error "you can only queue for two battlegrounds. While.. the WSG was really the second..
