I second all these mentions of Archy+TomTom, but there is one further thing of utmost importance to Archeology. Something without which, it would be soul-crushing.
A good, well-featured music player! Seriously, how can anyone arch it up without tunes?

Make sure when you download and use Archy you goto wowinterface and also download the Archy Bugfix patch.

Sadly the author of Archy has been MIA due to natural disasters in Australlia, so another mod author in the community made this fix to resolve the issues/changes with 4.0.6 that Blizz made in the Archaeology systems, including all the new digsites.

I'm trying to use the one of Wowinterface, but both of the addons are named the same, do I just let it replace some of the stuff in the original addon?

Yes, the stuff in the bugfix just overwrites the necessary files with the fixed ones.

Makes Archaeology so easy its even harder now to stay awake whilst doing it.

Thanks for that youtube vid, downloaded and finally got it to work. Emptying digsites within 15-20 sec now
