Which boss quote(s) have really stuck with you? Not necessarily your favorite quotes, not necessarily a quote whose content is especially important to you, but something about the timing or the delivery or the voice acting just really made an impression on you.
Not necessarily limited to WoW bosses. In fact, heck, I'll change the thread title and say we don't even have to stick to boss quotes. Just lines from games (any era, voice acted or not) which definitely left an impression on you for one reason or another.
I'll start with two from WoW, first from Aeonus:
It's not the contest of the quote, really, although it is kind of prosaic. But the voice actor and audio editing combined to make it really otherworldly and creepy, I'll always remember my first CoT:BM when he came through the portal and I just went "woa." Even now I'll run BM periodically just to hear from Aeonus again."The time has come to shatter this clockwork universe forever! Let us no longer be slaves of the hourglass! And from Mage Lord Urom:
His actor is great, so full of pomp and arrogance. It really comes across that this guy is completely crazy and trying to convince himself he's doing the right thing. But then, when you finally murder him, his dying words sound so confused and regretful. He's not evil, he just saw things totally differently, but he wanted good for the world too. It really made me feel bad for him, and through the end of WLK I still felt a little guilty every time I killed him. All 67 times. Thanks, "random" heroic."Everything I've done... has been... for Azeroth..."
