    Buying a laptop for WoW

I'm looking for a cheap laptop that can play WoW on medium settings at a reasonable FPS, preferably around $500. Any suggestions?

For $500 bucks you would be hard pressed to find anything decent that can play WoW at medium.

A $500 laptop would barely play wow at low settings with a reasonable FPS. You may be able to find a good after-Christmas deal or one for clearance somewhere that may be suitable.

When I started looking for gaming laptops, the best deals I could find were about $700-$800. The main thing you want to look for is a dedicated graphics card with 1GB RAM. Any dual core CPU over 2.1ghz is sufficient, although I'd look for a Core i5 one. This is very similar to what I bought last year:
