Attention mods: Virus in one of the ads

People, ENOUGH of the replies saying "Don't click the popup" or anything like that. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH CLICKING AN AD. Sorry for the caps but maybe, just maybe, it'll help get through to some people that it's an automatic redirect, far more dangerous.

I did not click an ad. I clicked the blue tracker for the "2015 end of gaming" post and avg went nuts. Just an fyi

i'm sorry, i don't know what ads are. this octagon on the right of my firefox deals with them.

Think the OP heard enough of "Don't do this, you should have done that" - He knows now, he is primarily using this to inform others to beware of these pop-ups. He is trying to help people, like himself, who doesn't always know what to do when a pop up.. pops up.. So quit the preaching, and give the man some kudos for not just passing it by, but actually letting people know and helping.
