I'm mixed on this issue. Most anime these days, I prefer watching my anime dubbed. The Dragonball Z dub is a different bag altogether. The FUNimation dub for DBZ is pretty bad, even with the original Japanese music overlayed. So I always watch it subbed. However, I find myself desiring to watch the dub for Dragonball Super over the original audio, mainly because I believe that FUNimation learned a thing or two since their original dubbing of DBZ. That and the voices have grew on me.
Gonna end my rant with a relevant meme...
Savage.
For me it depends on where the anime is set. If its in Japan or heavily Japan inspired, sub is the way to go. If it's western set or inspired, dub. For example, I prefer the subs with things like Dragon Ball, Oreimo, Tokyo Ghoul, Death Note, and Evangelion. I prefer dub on Full Metal Alchemist, Black Butler, Code Geass, and Attack on Titan.

Tourist in Belfast enters a pub, back during The Troubles to have a pint.
Gets to talking to the regulars, seem friendly enough, until one asks him: "So, are you Protestant or Catholic?" "Neither" responds the tourist, "I'm an Atheist" "That's all well and good, but is it a Catholic God or Protestant God you don't believe in?"
