Well to be fair, some people might know it's not fake, but this is a funny picture thread, not everything is real so the humor is still there. And also, it's not the exact same message if it's worded differently.

AdBlock (firefox addon) says hi... before I had it I didn't know it removed ad clips like this as well, but it does.
