Still dont understand whats fun, yes it is posted by some jesus fanboy. Yes he/she wants alot of likes/shares. Yes it is most likely photoshoped.
So what is so funny about it?

Just to clarify (though not 100% sure I'm not missing something) It's a troll, the hands look like goatse and he's telling people to 'like' if they see the hands (or I assume to like if they can see it's goatse) or to share if they believe in god, basically he's getting people who believe in god to share a goatse image.

Why are you debating a funny picture? It's funny to some, not funny to others.

I won't google tubegirl, but the name alone reminds me of one scene in American Psycho (The book, not the movie.)
The main Character stuffs a tube into a prostitute and lets a rat walk into it.
