Not really. I'm with IcedWarrior on this one: post a picture if you want to chat or don't post at all. It's kind of annoying to load huge pages of images only to see that the new post is "lol this one is funny" or "hmm I disagree with this humor" instead of an actual image.

I'm glad you and icedwarrior share an opinion but the fact is a little discussion is allowed as long as it doesn't turn into bashing and flaming each other. There is no mandatory 'you must post a picture if you wish to reply to this thread' rule.

I'm not saying it's required or bullying anyone either, I'm just saying it's a REALLY nice gesture.

Also, I notice that people are sometimes complaining that we just post comments without images. I mainly browse this thread, and the only image gallery I browse regularly is /r/WTF on reddit. And since that's mostly porn, gore and spider images, I can't quite justify risking a ban to post them here

Questions about where to find pictures? There's a ton of ways, including looking at the watermarks on pics currently posted in the thread (I probably wouldn't do that though), but something Iced already said that's helpful for a quick image:

I go onto imgur, and hit the "random mode" button near the top of the screen, and just cycle through images. Again, it's totally random, so you'll get some dumb ones, and what not, but there's some real gems in there.

Of course, you can just post what's in the gallery, but chances are everyone's already seen those; I like to do random that way it should be new...or at least not a repost from less than a day ago.

Not trying to argue, it's just more fun with more pictures.
