I'm 172cm, 65kg and 5% body fat and have a nice set of abs. Trying to up my weight any more than that is pretty difficult as it's just not in my genes, I would just end up with a fat belly

The point of that meme is that if you're not fit/ripped, your abs doesn't count. Just as girls gain fat in their breast area when they gain weight doesn't count as "hawt tits". It's just a sillty gym meme, no offence intended.

And silly, you can gain weight in muscles :3

Spoiler on a episode that's been out a week.

This isn't a Game of Thrones thread. Post the fucking link to the picture and say "Game of thrones spoiler". Is it that hard? I've now seen all of it but before I did, a few things were spoiled for me in this random ass thread. It's not a hard concept. It's called not being an asshole. What if I spoiled every movie currently in theaters just because you haven't had a chance to see it yet? "But it's been out a week, hur hur." Some people just haven't gotten around to it or are waiting for whatever reason.

You wanna make it ok to post spoilers, then put spoilers in the thread name.

I know, logic is funny. So are generic comments, lol. I'm gonna go ahead and stop arguing about it now because last time I got a temp ban. For calling people out a little too harshly I guess. And this isn't the thread for it.

But mods need to step in and tell people to at the very least post a link with a spoiler tag so people don't randomly run into it like I did a few weeks ago. I don't see why that's difficult to do for anyone or why people even argue about it?
